Head Coach -

Pay: Dependent upon experience as well as team placement

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 -2 years of volleyball coaching experience at the club or high school level

• Passionate about volleyball and training youth players to be the best athletes they can be

• Able to incorporate visualization, mental toughness, mindset training and positive coaching techniques

• Ability to collaborate with other coaches on a regular basis

• Be able to pass a USAV background screening, attend required training and complete required certifications

Responsibilities:

• Execute two practices weekly totalling 4.5 - 5.0 hrs from November - April 

• Coach approximately ten single and multi-day tournaments from Dec - Apri (If leading a travel team one-two tournaments will be out of state)

• Be involved in regular training sessions with the coaching staff to create practice plans and share ideas

• Ensure all athletes are training to maximize learning and growth both in volleyball skills and IQ as well as character. Ensure athletes abide by club rules and policies.

Assistant Coach-

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 -2 years of volleyball coaching experience at the club or high school level

• Able to assist head coach and incorporate visualization, mental toughness, mindset training and positive coaching techniques

• Ability to collaborate with other coaches on a regular basis

• Be able to pass a USAV background screening, attend required training and complete required certifications

Responsibilities:

• Assist head coach by facilitating two practices weekly totalling 4.5 - 5.0 hrs from November - April 

• Assist in approximately ten single and multi-day tournaments from Dec - Apri (If assisting a travel team one-two tournaments will be out of state)

• Oversee and ensure all athletes are training to maximize learning and growth both in volleyball skills and IQ as well as character. Ensure athletes abide by club rules and policies

• Be an active learner with the desire to grow coaching skills in a club environment
